Team Training is Personal Training in a small group. Not only do you receive an incredible workout by a Certified Personal Trainer, but you will also receive nutritional guidance, accountability, measurements as well as guided goal setting.  This is an affordable way to get the knowledge you need to help you succeed.  Team Training is $12-20/session depending on trainer, availability and time-slot.

“101” Classes: Introductory classes for those of us who are new to a particular Group Fitness format. The instructor designs the class with a focus on technique, pacing, and form, all with beginners in mind. The instructor will take the time to set you up, answer questions and get you familiarized with the basics of the format you’re attending.  There are no "101" classes currently on the schedule, but they are set to return in the fall.

“Lunch Xpress” Classes: Just enough work to fit inside of your lunch-break. BodyPump and Pilates Xpress are 45 minutes while the Spin Sprint is a 30 minute ride.

Pilates emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement and to create a long, lean body structure

altSPINNING® : Invigorating music, motivating instructors and visualization come together to make SPINNING® both fun and incredibly effective. There are no complicated moves to learn and you can’t get left behind. Regardless of how fit, flexible or coordinated you are, you'll get a great workout. Hop on your bike, set the resistance to the level that's right for you, and let your instructor guide you through an incredible 45 minute, simulated ride.  Lifestyle Fitness is the only licensed SPINNING® facility in Missoula.

altLes Mills BodyFlow: A Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

CORE/ABS:  All of our movements are powered by the torso. The abs and back work together to support the spine when we sit, stand, bend over, pick things up, exercise and more. The torso aka "the core" is the body's center of power.
