Formerly known as "The Gym II", new owners Dallas Neil, Jenifer Neil, and Josh Cary decided to expand the facility and give it a brand of their own, Lifestyle Fitness.  We did not go corporate or set up a franchise, we just picked a name that reflects our passion:

We promise to make fitness less intimidating and teach you exactly what to do to reach your fitness goals…all while having a fun experience. Burn fat and living a healthy lifestyle does not have to be a chore. Our group fitness team and staff make it fun and enjoyable.

On Dec 4th, 2009 we opened of the largest Fitness Play Center in Montana for kids up to 12 years old.  From kid sized tread mills and bikes to healthy meals, they will be bringing you to the gym!    more info....

The Main Facility at Lifestyle Fitness offers over 60 Treadmills, Ellipticals, Stair Climbers, Bikes, Rowing Machines, and Much More.  High quality Hammer Strength and Life Fitness weight equipment are housed in this 9000 sq foot facility.  Juice Bar, Full service Nutrition store, Nutritional counseling, as well as complete locker and shower facilities. 

In addition to our main facility we now have a new Group Fitness Facility offering some of the most exciting group classes around.  From our certified Spinning Class to our hugely popular Body Pump classes, there is something for everyone.    more info....
