Our group fitness team and staff make it fun and enjoyable.The Main Health Club is just north of the new REI and offers over 60 Treadmills, Ellipticals, Stair Climbers, Bikes, Rowing Machines, and Much More. High quality Hammer Strength and Life Fitness weight equipment are housed in this 9000 sq foot health club. Other features include a Juice Bar, Full service Nutrition store, Nutritional counseling, as well as complete locker and shower facilities.
In addition to our main facility we now have a new Group Fitness Facility offering some of the most exciting group classes around. From our certified Spinning Class to our hugely popular Body Pump classes, there is something for everyone. Learn more about our Missoula Exercise Classes.
Announcing our new Hip Hop Class called Dance Funk Fitness
We also operate the largest Drop-in Day Care in Missoula for kids up to 12 years old. Themed around a fitness center, we have kid-sized tread mills and bikes, and offer healthy snacks and meals. Member's appreciate a safe place to drop off their kids while working out. Non-members are also welcome to use our Missoula day care facility when they need a helping hand.
